  • I've studied many different healing modalities and the ones I offer as support for others are the ones that continue to have the biggest impact on my life. Below is a little more about the healing techniques I use.

    Breathwork

    Breathwork is a wonderful way to move energy stuck in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. The breath helps release negative thought patterns and behaviours, creating more space for joy and love and setting you free. It's the negative thought patterns that get in the way of us experiencing who we truly are. Through the breathwork, our heart opens and we connect to our Spirit, letting the light in. And we can be who we came here to be.

    It is an active meditation. The breath is through the mouth with a two-stage inhale in the low belly and then in the high chest, followed by a relaxed exhale.This is not about having a peak experience; it's about the depth of experience and the depth of your healing.

    Breathwork helps us: reduce stress and anxiety, release things that make us feel stuck in life, let go of strong emotions like anger, sadness and fear, release trauma and abuse energy stuck in our physical and emotional bodies, support addiction recovery, heal lineage wounds, create calm and relaxation, increase energy levels and joy, increase creative inspiration, raise our vibration, develop our intuition and inner guidance. As the breather, you're empowered on your own journey to heal and grow.

    Breathwork sessions can be done online and in-person.

    Pranic (Energy) Healing

    Pranic Healing is an incredibly effective and powerful no-touch energy healing therapy that uses Prana, Chi or Life Force to improve physical, emotional and mental health. Everything is made of energy but when there are disturbances to the energy bodies of an individual, ‘dis-ease’ follows. The healing cleanses, energises and balances the body's energy field, removing layers of energetic 'sludge' and dis-ease, helping to accelerate the body's natural healing.

    Pranic Healing works on physical, emotional and psychological issues; from physical conditions affecting the body including issues in the circulatory, gastrointestinal. musculoskeletal, reproductive, urinary, lymph and endocrine systems to psychological conditions including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, anger, phobia and addiction.

    Pranic Healing corrects imbalances in the body’s energy field and improves life force via universal energy. After scanning the body for imbalances, there's a cleansing process to remove blockages and any dis-eased energy, followed by an energising, which restores fresh Prana (life force energy).

    The founder of Pranic Healing was Master Choa Kok Sui, who synthesised the wisdom of ancient traditions into an apprach to healing for today's world.

    Pranic Healing sessions can be done online, in-person and remotely.

    Sound Healing

    Sound Healing is a gently powerful way to balance our body,mind and emotions. Some traditions believe that sound called the Universe into creation.

    Sound Healing helps create a state of deep relaxation. It's like a massage at a deep cellular level that can help clear and balance our energy. The sound vibrations of the instruments (including crystal bowls and the gong) penetrate deep into the tissue, stimulating regeneration and repair mechanisms. It can help reduce stress and anxiety and also improve sleep and overall well-being.

    Sound Healing is currently only offered in-person.
