  • What happens in a healing session?

    We start with a check-in to see how you're doing. Then we move into the healing session. I will select the modality that works best for you at the time or you can choose either Pranic Healing or breathwork.

    Each person's experience is unique and it's different every time.

    There's no difference between an online and an in-person session. In fact lots of people prefer online because they can continue to rest after the session!

  • How to book

    One-to-one and couple's sessions are on Zoom or in-person in New Mexico.

    For online sessions
    Select your session using the schedule below.
    Payment is via card or Paypal.

    Your session is confirmed when we receive your payment.

    Exchange rates on Paypal and some banks are a nightmare!

    If you would like to pay in a different currency, please send us an email.

    If you don't see a time that suits your timezone, please email hello@soulmergehealing.com

    For remote sessions

    Please do not drive / operate machinery during a remote session. Ideally you are resting while Alessa works on you.

    For in-person sessions
